My stay was a complete nightmare. I cannot stress enough how unhappy I was with the condition of the hotel. The rooms were in disrepair, with stains on the walls and old furniture, while the service left much to be desired. However, the location was relatively quiet, and it was convenient to get around to nearby attractions. I can't recommend this place at all; it was an awful experience.

My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating. While it has a convenient location near Sea World and decent amenities like a pool and jacuzzi, the room was old and poorly maintained, making it hard to relax. On top of that, the service was disappointing, particularly during a noisy disturbance that went unaddressed. I definitely expected better for the price I paid.

The Heritage Inn has some redeeming qualities, such as helpful staff and nice-looking facilities. However, I felt unsafe due to the surrounding environment and the rooms need significant improvements given their condition. It's not a place I would recommend for families or anyone seeking peace of mind. Value for money is questionable given the issues experienced during my stay.
